No consultant can, and any agent promising a fixed success rate is selling you something they do not control. The decision belongs entirely to the visa officer. What we control is the quality of the file, meaning complete documents, consistent information across every page and a properly supported case, which is where most refusals actually originate.
It depends on the consulate and the season. Dubai and Qatar are usually the quickest, Schengen applications generally run a few weeks, and for the USA the main constraint is appointment slot availability rather than processing itself. We give you a realistic date range for your destination at the first consultation instead of a best case number.
Our professional fee is separate from the consulate visa fee and any VFS or biometric charges, and it varies by destination and visa type. You receive the complete breakdown in writing before any payment is made, with no charges added later in the process.
In most cases yes. A previous refusal has to be declared on the new application, so the correct approach is to identify exactly what caused it and address that reason directly rather than resubmitting the same file. Bring your refusal letter with you to the consultation.
The first consultation can happen on WhatsApp or over the phone. Original documents and biometrics do require you in person, so most clients visit us at least once at Masab Tank, which is easily reached from Mehdipatnam, Lakdikapul and Banjara Hills.
